Pressing Esc on the Hebrew keyboard layout will toggle the mouse input between virtual QWERTY keyboard and virtual Hebrew keyboard. The key will also turn on/off your keyboard input conversion. Pressing Esc on your keyboard has the same function. Press Shift or Ctrl + Alt for additional Hebrew letters that are not visible on the keyboard.

Most Hebrew keyboards are usually bilingual, as Latin character types are essential for URLs and Email addresses.
